RECALLED: Jumbo Size and Jumbo Multipurpose Cosmo Beads

3,500 Water-absorbing polymer beads have been recalled as children can mistake these colorful balls as candy.

Eco-Novelty Corp., of Troy, Mich is the importer. these 2 paackged items have been sold on "Amazon.com, ifleemarket.com and crystalsoilusa.com from June 2011 through August 2013 for between $2 and $20," according to the Consumer Product Safety Commision.

This  is a mandatory recall and will stay recalled. According to Federal Law this may not be sold, resold or traded.

An 8 month -old ingeted one of these balls which expands with moisture. Surgery was required to remove the product.

After ingested this balls will not show up on an x-ray.
