Greek Yogurt produced by the Chobani Inc. our of Twin Falls, Idaho has taken great care and concern for the public in recalling at Greek yogurt with best by dates:
Sep 11 –13 (four digit time stamp)
to
Oct 07-13 (four digit time stamp)
16-012 (three digit line number)
According to the FDA press release issues on September 5, 2013 all flavors with those use by dates are being recalled due to an unknown cause of of bloating and swelling. An investigation is under way to determine the origin of the symptoms.
I quote a message from the Chobani company that appeared on the FDA website: "
The quality of Chobani products and the trust of its consumers are the company's primary concern, and it sincerely apologizes to its consumers impacted by this issue. Chobani holds itself to the highest standards and is committed to fully transparent and decisive action to rectify any identified issues. This voluntary recall is being conducted with the knowledge of the Food and Drug Administration."

If you have this product in your frig please first look at the use by date and codes. If you have a match, dump out of the product before another family member eats its. If you have experienced any bloating or swelling please report the problem and see your doctor.
Do not taste it to see if it tastes OK.
